Therapy Rate Structure
I think healing should be accessible and that folks shouldn't have to feel more stress when seeking support. That belief is rooted in this tiered rate structure, which acknowledges how much our financial lives are shaped by factors outside our control, such as health, generational wealth, identities, access to or barriers to care, debt, and caregiving.
This tier system centers mutual care and community care values, inviting you to reflect on your own financial situation and choose whichever rate feels most aligned and workable for where you're at right now.
If it's hard to tell which tier fits, the description under each one is meant to help guide that reflection as you figure out where therapy fits into your life right now.
There's no specific tier you're meant to land in, and you don't need to explain your choice or provide proof of income. If you happen to have the resources to select a higher rate, that choice helps keep space open for people who might not otherwise be able to afford care.

Rates are based on 50-minutes. 75-minute and 90-minute sessions are available at an additional fee.
-
Supporter + Redistribute Rate — $185/session
This tier fits if you have financial stability right now, like a steady income, savings, or other resources that mean money isn't a major source of stress for you or a barrier to accessing care.
This rate feels comfortable for where you are at in your financial circumstances, and choosing it helps keep space open at the other tiers for others.
-
Sustainer Rate — $160/session
This tier fits if you have some financial flexibility, and therapy is something you can make space for without it adding significant strain.
The higher rate would be a stretch, but you're generally able to meet your needs.
-
community rate — $140/session
This fits if you're navigating financial constraints right now, such as inconsistent income, debt, job instability, or the general cost of getting by in this economy.
The higher rates would increase the strain on your current financial circumstances.
-
sliding scale rate — $85 – $125/session
This tier fits if the higher rates would cause significant strain and feel like a barrier to accessing care. A small number of spots are held for this rate, and we'll talk together to land on a number that feels aligned and doable for your current situation.
Email me or ask during your consult whether a spot is currently open.
