The Cycle in Motion Workshop: An educational workshop for couples + partners

February 7, 2026 | 11 am – 1 pm in Tacoma, WA

Facilitated by Andrea Archambault, LMFTA & Shawnda O’Briant-Noone, LMFTA, ERYT-200HR Yoga Teacher

Relationships have their own rhythm; the reaching, the retreating, the slowing down, the leaning in. Most partners experience some version of this dance, especially during moments of stress or disconnection. This workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to slow down, notice these patterns with curiosity, and explore new ways of relating, without pressure, judgment, or the expectation to “fix” anything.

The Cycle in Motion brings together approachable education, simple movement, and guided partner practices to help you explore a common relational pattern in which one person often moves toward connection, while the other takes a bit more space (some people call this the “pursue/withdraw pattern”). We’ll explore how this dynamic shows up, what tends to bring it into motion, and how it feels in your body and your connection together.

This workshop is educational and experiential, not therapy. Everything is invitational and adaptable, so you can engage at the pace that feels best for you.

Please note that once you press ‘Sign me up!’, you will be prompted to complete the registration form and waiver. Once you complete the form, it will then be added to the ‘Cart,’ which can be accessed at the bottom right corner of your screen.
